Sassy bride lets guest know she was NOT impressed with her wearing white to the wedding with brutal note
MOST brides spend a great deal of time choosing her wedding dress for her big day, which is usually met with suspenseful wedding guests waiting for the big reveal.
And while most people have a pretty good understanding of wedding etiquette, it seems one guest didn't quite get the memo, choosing to wear a white dress - and the bride got her revenge in the best possible way.
As it turns out, Thank You notes are the best possible way to let a wedding guest know how you REALLY feel - well, at least according to one bride whose original post was shared on the Facebook group.
The sassy bride started the note by thanking ";Jane" for attending her wedding, and then making her feelings known, the newly-wed mockingly concluded: "It was an honour to share the entitlement of wearing a white dress with you."
She then signed off with "best wishes".
The shared post has been a hit with almost 3,000 likes, with many rushing to the defence of the bride and praising her for her witty and completely reasonable note.
One group member said: "Now, THIS is the type of passive-aggressive pettiness I am totally on board with! Bravo to the bride!"
Another person agreed: "Oh my god, the petty is amazing"
While a third person commented: "HAHA, this is so petty and I’m living for it."
It seems a lot of effort went into preparing the note, too, as it was personally hand written by the bride - making the gesture even more brutal.
