Bride horrified as videographer adds scene from Miss Piggy’s wedding as she walks down the aisle

THESE days, it's pretty commonplace for couples to have videographers at their wedding to capture the sweetest moments of the day.

But while most brides ask for some kind of elegant highlights reel of them walking down the aisle, cutting the cake and sharing their first dance, one couple ended up with something... a little less classy.

Twitter user @ looked out her parents' wedding video ahead of their 25th anniversary last October.

At first, the sweet clip looks like any other pair of proud parents walking their daughter down the aisle.

But as the bride approaches her husband-to-be, the videographer inserts a clip from the Muppets when Miss Piggy marries Kermit.

In other words, it looks like Molly's parents have tied the knot in front of a church full of puppets - which isn't exactly how you'd like to remember your wedding day. Right?

But to make matters even weirder, the videographer Molly's parents had hired didn't check to see if this was something they wanted.

She wrote: "My parents' wedding videographer intercut a clip from Kermit and Miss Piggy's wedding into their service?? Without asking??"

Needless to say, other users couldn't get enough of the bizarrely edited clip which has racked up over 595,000 "likes".

One speculated: "Maybe everyone didn't turn their heads to look so he took it upon himself to be like, 'I'll make it right.

"'THERE'S A PERFECT VIDEO IN MIND THAT CAN HELP THIS!!"

Another raved: "ALL wedding videos would be better if they cut out the actual wedding and replaced it with footage of the Muppets getting married."

 Meanwhile, a third joked: "If they ain't my videographer at my wedding then I don't want to get married."

 That said, at least it's not as bad as the bride who told her groom she "took a really big dump" before walking down the aisle - not realising she was being filmed.

For more wedding horror stories, this mother-of-the-bride demanded a ginger bridesmaid dye her hair for the wedding because it "clashed" with the dresses.
