Clever mum hides chocolate in frozen berries packet so her son doesn’t ‘gorge himself silly’ and parents love the idea
A MUM has revealed the clever way she hides treats from her son - and you'll wonder why you never thought of it.
Posting in the Mums Who Organise group on Facebook, the woman said she keeps chocolate "hidden in plain sight" so her teenager doesn't "gorge himself silly" between meals.
Sharing a picture of her freezer, the mum showed the frozen mixed berries packet which she stashes the chocolate in, knowing her lad would never go near it.
She wrote: "Hidden in plain sight. Inside the mixed berries packet is chocolate. Hidden so my 16yo son can’t find it and gorge himself stupid."
Her fellow parents loved the trick, writing: "Great idea".
One mum said: "Oh I love it. Have made note to self. My kids would never go into the mixed berry packet."
