A CRAFTY mum managed to make her glass hob sparkle like new - and it only cost her £1.
The Mrs Hinch fan revealed that she’d been desperately trying to clean her cooker, which was covered in scratches and burnt-on marks.
Her cooker was in such a state she debated buying a new one, until she tried Astonish’s Oven and Cookware Cleaning Paste as a “last resort”.
She shared incredible before-and-after snaps to Facebook group , showing her hob looking as good as new.
Alongside the photos showing it streak and scratch-free, she said: “I posted the other day asking for tips on how to get my glass hob clean and I tried literally everything but nothing worked.
“Last night I tried Astonish paste (in pics) and I'm amazed!!
“I thought my cooker was ruined with scratches but evidently not.
“Was contemplating getting a new cooker because I thought it was ruined with scratches but evidently not!!
“I'm so glad I tried this as a last resort!!”
Her tip has racked up hundreds of likes, as people couldn’t believe how clean her cooker looked.
One person said: “Omg look at that, I’m definitely going to get some of that today, wet or dry cloth to apply.”
This mum commented: “Ooh I need this stuff! I thought my son ruined my hob as it's like that too.”
