People are arguing about what is the best position to sleep in but which one are you?

WE all have our favourite side of the bed and preferred pair of pyjamas, but people are debating which is the best position to sleep in.

Lying on our front, back or side is a common choice, but some curl up in a ball, or the fetal position, or wedge pillows between their legs.

Number nine shows someone sleeping on their front with their arms around their pillow, but others look less comfy.

Number 13 shows someone face down with their knees drawn up to their chest, while number 18 has their pillow over their face.

Out of the 18 poses, people questioned why only three are represented by women, while others said they go through most of the sleep positions in a single night.

Commenting online, one person said: “7 and 10 are homicide victims.”

Another person said: “Nobody is sleep with their phone barely in their hand so I didn’t make the list lol.”
