Meghan Markle walks dogs Guy the Beagle and Oz the Lab, but fans want to know where Bogart is
MEGHAN Markle could not wipe the smile off her face as she took a stroll with Archie and her dogs yesterday – but fans were quick to point out that something appeared to be missing.
The Duchess of Sussex took their beagle Guy and a black Labrador Oz, on a stroll in Vancouver, and many wanted to know where Meg’s third dog, Bogart, was.
Meghan was reportedly “heartbroken” when she was forced to leave her rescue Labrador – German Shepherd mix behind when she moved from Toronto to the UK in 2017.
Bogart was thought to be too old to make the plane journey, but now that Meg has returned to Canada, many assumed she would be reunited with the beloved pooch.
However, he was noticeably absent on the walk which did not go unnoticed by fans.
Tagging Piers Morgan on Twitter, one fan asked: “Who leaves their dog in Canada and then doesn’t go get him immediately upon moving back?
“Can we please make #Justice4Bogart a thing?”
Another said: “The only thing I care about in this saga is whether Bogart… is reunited with his family and baby brother Archie where he belongs.”
While a third wrote: “All this drama about the Sussexes, yet my only concern is if Meghan is going to bring Bogart back home now she’s back in Canada.”
There is the possibility of course, that Bogart has moved back in with Meghan but is too old to join the other dogs on the walk.
Guy the Beagle moved to Kensington Palace and then later to Frogmore Cottage with Meghan when she relocated to the UK.
Bogart remained in Canada and was looked after by friends of Meghan.
And then in October 2018 Prince Harry and Meghan confirmed they had adopted a black Labrador called Oz.
Meghan was pictured on her hike yesterday as Harry flew to join them at their £11million Canadian bolthole.
She appeared happy and carefree as she soaked up the stunning scenery at Horth Hill Regional Park, a ten minute drive from her beachside mansion.
The couple are expected to stay at the fabulous secluded mansion beside a beach - owned by a mystery pal - while fine-tuning plans for their future non-royal roles.
Sources close to the privacy-conscious couple say they will happily lie low there enjoying precious family time together before launching a string of commercial ventures.
