IT'S got to be our most hated household chore - but if you avoid cleaning your oven door for too long, the layers of caked-on grease can be an absolute nightmare to remove.

Raving about miracle Pink Stuff paste on the Facebook group , the mum wrote: "I am totally ashamed of how bad my cooker got... I have five kids! Three babies under the age of 3.

"Work full-time, by the time I get home, cook tea, do packed lunches - I never wiped my oven door over."

Using a pink Poundland sponge, the mum-of-five applied a generous amount of the paste onto the front and back of the doors of her oven.

After leaving it a few minutes, she then wiped the surfaces down and was delighted by how well it cleaned her formerly filthy doors.
