MEGHAN Markle shared a Christmas gift guide for what to buy your other half – and it included socks.
The Duchess of Sussex shared her list of must-have gifts for ‘the beau’, your ‘gal pals’, when you’re ‘feeling chef-y’, and a ‘penny for your thoughts’ selection.
The mum-of-one said: “Oh Marilyn even made shopping look good.
“But the reality is that in the dead of winter with holiday shopping crowds, fighting for parking spots, and waiting in endless lines we aren’t exactly channelling our inner Monroe.
“But now with Cyber Monday, you’re set to score even better deals from the cozy confines of your home, all bundled up, mug of spiked cider in tow.
“With the holidays just around the corner, The TIG has done
the sale scouring for you!
“So whether you’re shopping for your gals, your coworkers,
the perfect gift for your guy, or just something special for yourself (you’ve
earned it!), get ready to swipe, click, and tap onto some of the best finds of
the season.”
She shared her top picks in December 2014 – years before she met Prince Harry – but he may have ended up with a few gifts on the list over the years.
The mum-of-one curated a gift list of five presents for your other half, ranging from socks to a shaving kit.
The former actress said: “It’s easy to grab another t-shirt
for your man—but you’ll likely steal it for PJs anyway.
“Instead, give him something creative that he’ll actually enjoy like these little gems!”
Among her ‘gems’ is a set of colourful socks – a Christmas
classic – which cost £34.23.
Next on her list is something less essential, a portable
turntable.
The version Meghan favoured is from US store target, and will set you back £31.86.
There are a few different styles to choose from, and it seems the bright orange colour Meghan favoured is no longer in stock.
Next on her list is another everyday item, a wash bag.
Costing £21.01, the chic grey bag comes with a funny slogan saying ‘you sir, are exceptionally handsome’.
Meghan seemed to go with a useful theme with her Christmas
list, as the next item she recommended is a shave kit.
From an independent seller from Etsy, the mug and brush
combo is right up her street – as you can personalise it with your other half’s
initials.
Sadly one of Meghan hot picks – a portable phone projector - isn’t stocked anymore.
The Duchess favoured the Brookstone Pocket Projector, but we
sourced a near-identical version from Amazon, but it will set you back £151.06
($199.99).
This year the Sussex’s have chosen not travel to Sandringham to be with the Queen for the royal's annual Christmas celebrations, as they have the past two years.
Instead the new parents are thought to be spending December 25 with Meghan’s mum, Doria Ragland, 62.
