Bride planning a Toy Story wedding designs a Christmas tree inspired by the films
A DISNEY fan has unveiled their Toy Story themed Christmas tree – and they’ve used a cowboy hat as the tree topper.
Bride-to-be Charlotte Duckworth, from Manchester, took to the Facebook group, run by money saving mum Holly Smith, where she shared snaps of her colourful creation.
Charlotte has used a variety of toys from the movie including Buzz, Woody and Mr Potato Head to decorate her faux fir.
She then used bright rainbow lights to bring more colour to the tree and topped it with a cowboy hat.
And super fan Charlotte has even fashioned her own building blocks spelling out Toy Story at the base and added a pair of handmade Buzz and Woody stockings to her fireplace.
She explained that she and her husband-to-be Tom Midlane are such big fans of the movie that they are even planning a Toy Story themed ceremony in 2021.
Captioning her snaps she wrote: “Toy story tree for us this year.
“Me and my husband to be are big Toy Story fans and are having a Toy Story wedding in 2021.”
Her post quickly went viral, amassing almost 10,000 likes and thousands of comments from fellow group members praising her efforts.
One wrote: “Incredible it looks amazing and I love that you’re having a Toy Story wedding.”
Another agreed adding: “Oh my god, I love Toy Story too, hope I get to see pics on the things you have at your wedding.”
A third added: “Wow! That's amazing! I love toy story too! Your wedding sounds amazing.”
Meanwhile one mum admitted she had done her very own take on a Toy Story tree, sharing a snap of her own creation.
