Newlyweds have their first dance with Mickey and Minnie Mouse and people can’t decide if they’re jealous or appalled
A COUPLE have divided opinion by having their first dance with Mickey and Minnie Mouse at their Disney themed wedding.
Taking to the Facebook group, That’s it I’m Wedding Shaming (non ban happy edition) a member shared a snap of the unusual nuptials.
The bride and groom, who hosted their big day at Disneyland,
can be seen dancing with the iconic characters who are also dressed in their
wedding get-up.
Captioning the photo a friend of the bride had written: “My
friend got married today and I can’t even believe they got to dance with Mickey
and Minnie!!!! In their wedding attire.
“She is literally living my dream right now!!!!”
However, others were
less jealous and more appalled at the Disney first dance.
Commenting on the photo, one wrote: “Why on earth would you
be so psyched to dance with someone dressed up as a cartoon mouse?”
Agreeing a second added: “To those who have stated this is
your dream wedding, I feel so sad for you.”
“When will the puke emoji reaction be available?? I need it
now” added a third.
However, several came forward in defence of the newlyweds,
with some admitting they would like the same thing at their own wedding.
One said: “I’m obsessed with Disney so I would love this.”
And a second added: “I find it immature and tacky since I don’t like Disney but you know what, if the couple is happy then I’m happy it’s their wedding day and they deserve it.”
The Facebook group is the largest of the wedding shaming variety boasting over 54,000 members worldwide.
You can critique dresses, decorations and of course, dramatic brides who are kindly dubbed “bridezillas”.
There’s even categories for your posts where you can file your rant under popular tags such as “cringe”, “tacky family” and “f***ing yikes”.
In other wedding news, a bloke proposed with a box of McDonald's chicken nuggets and a ring that he spent just 20 minutes buying.
And this Bridezilla BANNED her husband's kids from the wedding party in revenge of him having to pay £1,200 in child support.
Plus this bride's VERY revealing dress has been slammed as she suffered an awkward wardrobe malfunction while cutting the cake.
