It might be pursuing, with focus and intent, a new relationship, actively putting effort and focus onto this “quest”.

You are in control here, you can make this happen, you lead. And it’s about new energy.
The Page of Cups hints that a piece of news you receive this week will help guide you towards what you should do. So, pay attention and be alert and then act upon it, swiftly and decisively.
TAURUS (Two of Wands, Queen of Wands, Three of Swords)
You might not control what others do to you, but you can control how you react and what you take on board as a result.
