Woman transforms her boring bedroom for just £100 including new paint, blinds and cushions from B&Q and Dunelm

A WOMAN has been praised for transforming her boring bedroom for just £100.

The DIY fan revealed she had achieved the stunning result with new paint, blinds and cushions from the likes of B&;Q and Dunelm.

Posting in the group Extreme Budget DIY & Life Hacks, the woman showed off incredible 'before' and 'after' images of her "guest room".

She also proceeded to explain how she had achieved the stylish finish - complete with chic grey walls, geometric blinds, cool scatter cushions, a fresh lampshade and eye-catching wall print.

Captioning the images, the homeowner wrote: "Total cost came to about £100 including paint and pillows, blind and lampshade, some window decor.

"I'm so happy with the result."

The woman revealed that the blinds were from Dunelm and the cushions from B&Q.

Fellow group members were amazed by how she was able to make the room unrecognisable at such a bargain price, and the post quickly received 97 'likes'.

One person wrote: "That's lovely. And £100! Well done!"

Commenting on the paint, another added: "It's a lovely shade!"

Total cost came to about £100 including paint, pillows, blind, lampshade and some window decor.
