A HOLLYWOOD model and actress underwent a butt lift procedure in front of celebrities and 200 other guests at a Beverly Hills party.
While the VIP onlookers enjoyed drinks, nibbles and a DJ set, Instagram model Kourtney Reppert had her bum revamped behind a shop-front window during the event held last night in Los Angeles.
The procedure - which sets clients back £8,000 - involves having collagen enhancing liquids injected into your buttocks to improve the shape, size and tightness of the buttocks.
Medical staff at the A-list favourite the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center carried out the "Sculptra Butt Lift" while stars such as ex-Superman actor Dean Cain and Real Housewives' Teresa Giudice partied in the background.
, 33, bared all behind the glass window of the medical spa - and after being marked up with pen and given numbing medication, medical staff injected her buttocks multiple times in front of stunned party-goers.
Speaking after the procedure, which won't show real results until around four weeks' time, mum-of-one Kourtney told Fabulous Online: “The hope is that this is going to literally smooth my tush, it's going to help bring all the collagen that I have lost over the years and help produce way more.
“And then it's going to literally just smooth everything out. It's going to look just perfect for a beach photo shoot or whatever.
“I'll be bum-ready!”
Kourtney admitted it was a little embarrassing to strip off and undergo such an intimate procedure in front of strangers - but feels it will be worth it for the final result.

“It was kind of weird because I'm a bit of a shy girl," she said.
“But it was one of those things where I was like, ‘Yeah, this sounds really cool’.
“And then I was like, ‘Oh God, I'm now going to be exposed and almost have this done like a science project.’
“But I was like, ‘You know what, I'm here to make a stand for women'.
“I feel that after having a child, it's hard enough for women to have these body issues and these expectations in society to be perfect.
“But then when we try to attain that we get attacked or people say, ‘Do it the natural way’ or whatever. And sometimes you just can't do it the natural way. You need a little bit of an extra hand.
“So to me that was really what put the icing on the cake to finalise that decision.
“And I truly believe in Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center and knew I would be in good hands. So it was a no-brainer.”
And while the procedure - which involves a sizable needle being jabbed in and out of the skin of her buttocks - looks rather painful, Kourtney insisted it felt fine.
“It looks intimidating, right?" she said.
“I was a little bit scared of that whole aspect of ‘Is this going to be painful? Is this going to feel really uncomfortable?’.
“I didn't know what to really expect. So I did a lot of research and talked to people that did it and I saw the results and I was blown away.
“The whole needle thing wasn't too bad as you have the numbing cream out on that this it just feels like liquid, like a water-ish type of consistency going in.
“So it really didn't hurt or anything. It's just like a little poke.
“Nothing more extreme than a bee sting. So not even that painful really - just like 'ooh'.”

Kourtney said she always wanted to have a little help to boost her bum - especially after having kids - but was attracted to the butt lift as an alternative to a surgical buttock augmentation, commonly known as a Brazilian butt life .
The Scupltra Butt Lift claims to increase the volume of your buttocks, promote collagen to tighten them and reduces fine lines, wrinkles and cellulite.
“It is a procedure where they inject this product that actually helps reproduce your own collagen," she said.
“So I was really intrigued because I really didn't feel like I wanted to do anything really extravagant.
“So this is something that would give you the same results and make me feel good, but then also not be as abrasive.”
Other guests at the outdoor party underwent “hand rejuvenation”, “eye lifts” and other procedures in front of fascinated guests.
The and a favourite with celebrities and reality stars.
A spokesperson for the centre said people fly from all over the world - including the UK - to undergo cutting edge procedures from vaginal rejuvenation to hair restoration.
Devin Haman, co-owner of the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, said: "We are celebrating 15 years today and we decided a party where we could showcase some of our amazing treatments will allow people to see how easy it is for our team to help our clients look great and feel great with little to no down time.
"We’ve been in the business of health and wellness and helping people stay young for years, and this party is a true celebration of that.
“Our procedures being performed in front of our party guests is a great way to destigmatize non invasive procedures. We want everyone to watch and enjoy and plan their future procedure with more knowledge of what they will be getting and what works best for their face or body."
How Kourtney's butt lift works
- During the treatment, they numb the area of injection with a topical agent to reduce any pain or discomfort. A blunt tip cannula is inserted and the Sculptra product is injected deep into the dermis where the collagen is produced.
- Radiofrequency heat and Ultrasound wave heat energy are also applied to help stimulate collagenases. A topical growth factor is applied as well.
- Three weeks following the treatment, the poly-L-lactic acid powder is absorbed and will stimulate the dermis to promote collagen growth.
And while Kourtney, who lost a massive 100 pounds (around 45kg), after the birth of her son, is a big fan of cosmetic procedures - she said it's still important to live a healthy lifestyle.
"I lost almost a hundred pounds from having my son five years ago," she revealed.
"And I've struggled and battled with trying to find that balance of mum-life, single mum-life and then rebuilding my career.
"And then also being out here in a town where I don't really have a big support system or family because I'm not from here.
"So to me I really took a big, big chunk of dedication to really take care of myself and that was eating right, super healthy, working out."
She added: "But the problem is when you do those things, it doesn't really do much with your skin.
"So with this procedure, it really will help make that bum look fresh and smooth.
"And along with my diet and exercise, I'll get the shape that I want and that way I can avoid surgery.
"I don't have to do the whole shebang of getting my butt done surgically."
And when asked if she'd recommend the procedure to other women, she said: "Absolutely. I was talking about it before I even had it done and I feel like so many people were like, 'Oh my God, I want that'.
"So I think after tonight there's going to be a lot of phone calls, emails, consultations, with people saying, 'I want what that girl had!'
