I’m 33 and feel like my life isn’t going anywhere – please help me
DEAR DEIDRE: I FEEL like my life isn’t going anywhere and think I need to seek professional help.
At 33, I’m finally realising that I need to grow up.
Since leaving school, I’ve mostly partied hard.
There wasn’t any rush before and I travelled for years, taking seasonal work wherever I could find it.
I’ve worked on farms, in bars, as a ski instructor, and had gorgeous girlfriends.
But somehow, I was never ready to settle down.

MORE FROM DEAR DEIDRE
DEIDRE SAYS: Do not panic. You still have plenty of time to find fulfilment.
Unfortunately, I don’t have a list of life coaches.
Life coaching is very unregulated in the UK which means there are no laws that state the level of qualifications someone needs for the role.
My pack on counselling will be a good alternative for you to consider.
