I’m 38, have many friends and I’ve been to many weddings, but I’m the go-to bridesmaid, never the bride.
I’ve had two long term relationships – one of four years, one of two that ended a year ago.
I’ve only recently started to feel strong enough to go out and socialise again.
But I’m not into casual sex and I’m quite picky.
How do I shake off the feeling that I’ve missed out on something good in my life?

Ask yourself, “What am I for?” You love reading and yoga so are there specialist holidays or festivals you could get involved in?
When you’ve stopped worrying about Mr Right, he may well be attracted to the dynamic and fascinating person you are growing into.
