Husband says if I can’t teach daughter to sleep through the night he will walk out

LETTER-3-Woman-38-and-husband-42-is-threatening-to-move-out-if-the-wife-doesnt-teach-their-toddler-two-years-old-to-sleep-through-the-night.jpg

DEAR DEIDRE: IF I can’t teach our daughter to sleep through the night my husband says he will move in with his brother.

I’m 38 and my husband is 43. Since our two-year-old daughter was born she has woken up during the night, and it’s put a huge strain on our marriage.

I know she will grow out of it eventually, but my husband keeps blaming me when his sleep is disturbed.

He works in construction so I sympathise, but I’m exhausted too.

If he moves out, I know it will end us.

How can I help our daughter into a better sleep pattern?
