I am convinced my husband is cheating after his new lube disappeared
DEAR DEIDRE: MY husband has a new tube of unopened lube in a bag he keeps under the bed.
We sometimes use lubricant when we have sex but this was a different brand from our usual one, and I’ve never seen it before.
The last time we had sex and needed some, he opened his underwear drawer and pulled out the tube that we always use.
I’m 50 and my husband’s 54.
It’s been more than two months since I saw this other tube and he’s never reached for it once.
Now it’s disappeared from under the bed and I’ve been left worrying it means he’s cheating with someone else. I’m devastated.

That being said, you are not going to be able to simply forget about this, so you do need to talk to him.
Explain that you are confused because you saw another brand of lube which has now disappeared.
His explanation will either convince you, or not, but keep an open mind until then.
