My husband bought kitchen appliances for another woman – is he cheating?

DEAR DEIDRE: WHEN I saw that my husband had secretly bought new kitchen equipment on Amazon, I was excited.

My birthday was coming up, and I thought he was treating me for once. He’s never been the generous or romantic type. We’ve been married for 20 years. I’m 48 and he’s 50.

But the new microwave, toaster and food processor never materialised.

All I got was a card and a bunch of garage flowers.

Confused, I went back into his account and looked more closely.

I discovered that the goods were for another woman and had been sent to her address.

I recognised her name – she’s someone my husband works with.

I’m not sure if he’s having an affair or trying to help her out. Either way, it’s wrong to do it behind my back. What can I do?
