My friend beat me to a promotion and now she is my boss, she’s changed
DEAR DEIDRE: I WAS truly happy for my work friend promoted over me.
I am 34 and my friend is 35. She has always been there for me when I needed someone.

However, since she got promoted she’s started using her position as an excuse to be unreasonable.
Despite following all the guidelines, I recently contracted Covid.
A few of our colleagues, including my friend, tested positive.
Although she hasn’t directly said it, I feel like she blames me for her infection.
She is constantly having a go about little things.
