I am a boy of 17. I am ambitious and want to have a fulfilling life and career but the Covid-19 pandemic has affected me deeply and made me realise life is not for ever.
I realised too that one day I will have to leave this world.
I tried to deal with my anxiety over dying but nothing has helped.

But healthy young people are very unlikely to die of anything any time soon.
Decide you are going to live every day to the full and focus on achieving all you can in your life.
