DEAR DEIDRE: MY partner straddled my best mate at a party. I froze when I saw her and I was completely lost for words.
I am 40 and my girlfriend is 37. We went to a weekend celebration and she let her hair down. We haven’t got out much due to Covid.
She got very drunk, which is unlike her.
I put my head around the door and she was sitting on my mate’s lap face to face with him.
I knew it was the drink as she’s never done this with me. But I can’t stop wondering.
She was only there for a few moments but is something going on between them?
