DEAR DEIDRE: I WANT to get a job now my family have flown the nest but no one will want me.
I am 48 and have always been a stay-at-home wife, just doing cleaning jobs when the children were at school.

But I don’t want to do that again, or work with kids after raising my own.
My husband, who is 50, does all the cooking while I do the housework.
