I’m raring to go sexually but don’t know how to tell my husband
DEAR DEIDRE: I’M raring to go sexually but don’t know how to tell my husband I’ve got my mojo back.
Hormonal contraception didn’t suit me, messed up my mood and I’d have done anything not to have sex.

That went on for about five years.
Now I’ve come off it I feel like a new woman and my sex drive is well and truly back. The problem is my hubby, who’s been my rock during all this, has been turned down for sex so many times he’s stopped asking. I’m 36 and he’s 35.
How do I let him know I want him that way again?
I’m scared of being rejected but want him to know I fancy the pants off him after our 15 years together and want to reclaim our sex life.
DEIDRE SAYS: He’s been your rock so he clearly loves you. He will be thrilled to hear that you want to revive your sex life. Just say: “It may have been a while but I fancy you as much as ever.”
Don’t rush straight to intercourse. Build up to it over a couple of weeks.
You will need to learn how best to arouse and please one another all over again.
Unless you’re happy to have more children, please do organise another method of contraception – my Guide To Contraception explains the many options.
An unplanned baby wouldn’t help your sex life.
