Nicholas Mullan – an apology

On 13 January we reported the conviction at Westminster Magistrates of three men involved in sexual acts on a London Underground train. One of the defendants, Nicholas Mullan, we wrongly stated was from Belfast and worked at Northern Ireland Environment Agency. This was in fact an entirely different Nicholas Mullan who is unconnected with the case. We are happy to set the record straight and apologise for any embarrassment.
