KSI vs Wayne Bridge odds revealed after YouTuber’s John Terry jibe ahead of March fight
KSI is favourite to get the better of Wayne Bridge when the pair meet in the ring.
The YouTuber - real name Olajide William Olatunji - shocked boxing fans over the weekend when revealing ex-England ace Bridge would be his next opponent on March 29.
As of yet, the venue is currently unknown.
But there's already bad blood between the two after a dramatic face-off in the ring at Misfits 20.
KSI revealed his original opponent withdrew and called out Bridge, before the pair came face to face and KSI threw jibes at the former England hero for his past fall outs with ex-team-mate John Terry.
Team mates at Chelsea, Bridge and Terry famously fell out over allegations that Terry had an affair with Bridge's ex-partner, Vanessa Perroncel, in 2009, which she has denied.
He said: "Wayne Bridge, aren't you the guy that let John Terry smash your ex. That is what you are known for."
Bridge replied: "You want to go there do you?"
The rather surreal scenes would then lead to pushing and shoving in the ring as KSI continued to antagonise Bridge, who his little boxing experience to his name.
Bridge, 44, was last in the ring when fighting reality TV legend Spencer Matthews in a charity bout for Sport Relief in 2018.
While KSI, 31, has a few fights under his belt, including a defeat to Tommy Fury last time out in 2023.
That youth and experience is sure to be a factor here and KSI is the odds-on favourite with .
He's a 2/5 shot to get the better of Bridge, with the former full-back at 7/4 to take his boxing record to two wins from two.
Betfair spokesperson Sam Rosbottom said: “Following the shock announcement that KSI will take on Wayne Bridge in his next boxing match, the popular YouTuber is the clear odds-on favourite to come out on top when the pair meet on March 29.
"Former Chelsea star and Premier League winner Wayne Bridge is the 7/4 outsider to build on his previous win against Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews back in 2018.”
