MANCHESTER UNITED are leading the battle to sign Sporting Lisbon talisman Viktor Gyokeres.
That's according to talkSPORT BET, who've priced Ruben Amorim's side at 3/1 to clinch a deal for Gyokeres during the January transfer window.

Gyokeres, 26, is perhaps the most sought-after strikers in world football after his outstanding spell in Portugal.
The Sweden international has netted 73 goals and provided 21 assists for Sporting CP since joining from Championship outfit Coventry City in July 2023.
He thrived under Amorim last year with the pair being crowned Portuguese Primeira Liga champions - Sporting's 20th title and their first since the 2020-21 season.

Gyokeres would provide a much-needed boost to Manchester United, especially with Marcus Rashford looking likely to leave elsewhere on loan for the remainder of the season.
They are priced at 3/1 with talkSPORT BET to get a deal over the line in January, but recent reports suggest that Gyokeres' agent, Hasan Cetinkaya, wants to wait until the end of the campaign.
