Karamba review: Claim your welcome bonus and offers for 2024
THE KARAMBA brand has been around since 2005, giving it a relatively long track record in the fast-paced betting industry.
It has evolved continually in that time, and now provides a sportsbook, casino, and mobile app for both. However, I wanted to take a closer look to see if they've kept up their quality through the years.

Karamba top 3 offers for 2024
1. Welcome bonus – 100% match up to £200 + 100 free spins
First off, I can't say Karamba doesn't know how to prepare a warm welcome. My initial deposit after signing up gave me a 100% deposit match. It goes up to £200, which is fairly generous, but I opted for £50, to start slow.
On top of this, I received 100 free spins to use on three of the industry’s most popular slots: Starburst, Wolf Gold, and Book of Dead. All in all, Karamba gave me everything I needed to start an excellent session at their casino.
2. Karamba weekly prize draw – £2,000 prize pool every Monday
Karamba weekly prize draw
£2,000 prize pool available every Monda
18+. Play responsibly, www.begambleaware.org. T&C's apply.
I'm a big fan of ongoing promotions, and if I played any of Karamba’s qualifying games, I would have had the chance to win a share of £2,000 every week!
From what I've seen, you accumulate points by betting on Book of Dead, Starburst, Fire Joker, Dawn of Egypt, or Dragons of North. Those at the top of the leaderboard each week will take home a portion of the prize pool - what's not to like?
3. Drops and Wins – £500,000 each month
Drops and Wins events
Worth £500,000 each month
18+. Play responsibly, www.begambleaware.org. T&C's apply.
Although this is a pretty common feature at most UK casinos nowadays, I think it's laudable that Karamba isn't behind the times in this respect.
If they choose to participate in Pragmatic Play’s Drops and Wins event, with a total prize pool of £6.5 million, players simply need to spin (and win!) on any qualifying Pragmatic Play slot.

What I love about Karamba
Generally speaking, I judge Karamba's casino to be very good indeed. These were my favourite things about it:
- Excellent live casino section with plenty of variety
- Strong welcome offer, including free spins
- Excellent mobile app lets you enjoy casino gaming on the go
What to improve at Karamba
There’s no such thing as a perfect online casino, and this rule also applies to Karamba. Here are my biggest gripes with this brand:
- Very few ongoing promotions for existing customers
- Not the widest selection of slots (around 300)
How to sign up at Karamba – Step-by-step
Karamba is an extremely user-friendly site from the very first time you log on. Here are the few steps you need to take to get started:
- Head to the homepage.
- Click the ‘Join’ button in the top right corne.
- Enter your email address, set a username and password, and click ‘Next’.
- Enter your name, date of birth, and address.
- Agree to the general terms and conditions and then click ‘Open Account’.
That’s it – signing up takes less than a minute here, and once you’ve done so, you can deposit into your account and start playing.
What to know before registering at Karamba
Like every online casino, Karamba has its own terms and conditions. I'd like to encourage you to read them before signing up, but these are the most important ones:
- You must be aged 18+
- Identity checks can be made at any time
- Details and documentation must be correct at the time you sign up
- You may only register one player account
- You can only play through your account, not another user’s
- You cannot have had a Karamba account suspended or terminated in the past
In addition, there are various rules about using the service in a fair and non-exploitative way. Breaking any of these rules will result in your account being suspended. Having seen hundreds of these documents, I can tell you this is all standard stuff, and there’s nothing in the small print here to catch you out.
Karamba slots
As with most top online casinos, the slots section is the most populated on Karamba. Technically, it’s not the biggest selection I've seen in my time in the online casino sphere, with only around 300 different options available.
That’s not really a problem, however, as the site has some excellent slots on offer, and all those I've tried performed admirably. It’s highly likely that players will find something to enjoy, even within Karamba’s relatively small offering.
Crucially, Karamba has managed to partner with – and license – some of the biggest developers around. This has led to the site hosting massive games:
- Book of Dead
- Starburst
- Wolf Gold
Finally, remember that players can earn free spins from the casino welcome offer, which can be used on some of the industry’s most popular slots.
Karamba live casino
Live casinos are enormously popular nowadays. I'm happy to report that Karamba has joined this trend and created an excellent live casino.
All of the most important table games are in place here, including roulette, blackjack, and game shows. The inclusion of live poker is also a pleasant surprise, and less-heralded titles – such as sic bo – are also provided, and I had some fun trying it out for the first time.
Aside from this breadth, there’s also an impressive depth to Karamba’s live casino gaming options. Rather than just including a broad game type – such as roulette – the casino also has lots of individual tables, providing different variants of the game (in this case, Lightning Roulette, Grand Roulette, and so on). All told, this adds up to enough live gaming options to keep you busy for the long haul - it certainly has me.
Karamba jackpot
Jackpots offer a fascinating alternative to regular slots. They tend to be more volatile, and often have a lower RTP (Return to Player) ratio. They make up for this, however, with much larger potential payouts, with the jackpot gradually building as more and more players add to it.
Karamba does have jackpots in place, but it’s not this brand’s strong point in my opinion. When I checked it out, there were only 13 jackpots available in this section. This does include the wildly popular Eye of Horus (both the regular and Megaways versions), which will be enough to keep you entertained for a while, but there are definitely bigger selections elsewhere.
Payment methods available at Karamba
Karamba offers a decent range of payment methods. It’s not the most spectacular I've seen, but it’s more or less in line with the other major UK casinos.
Naturally, Visa and Mastercard are both included. Bank transfer is another traditional option, or you can use Trustly to make a transfer without handing your banking details over to Karamba. Several e-wallets are available, including PayPal and Skrill, and finally, you can also use the Paysafecard prepaid card.
With all these options, your deposits will be processed instantly, and the minimum deposit amount is an industry-standard £10. Better yet, Karamba doesn’t charge transaction fees. I opted for a debit card deposit, and everything went as smoothly as possible - but this is how things usually go on the deposit side. Withdrawals are the true test of a casino's processing dedication.
Karamba withdrawal options in the UK
All of the payment options listed above can also be used to make withdrawals, with the usual exception of paysafecard.
The time it takes for the withdrawal to go through depends on the method you choose, and since I chose my debit card, it took as long as possible. The PayPal and Skrill e-wallets are the fastest options (up to two working days), with bank transfer and debit cards being the slowest (anything up to six days).
Finally, before making a withdrawal on Karamba, you must verify your identity. This a key anti-fraud measure that all legitimate UK casinos impose. You can do so here by clicking ‘About Us’ at the bottom of the homepage, then ‘Contact Us’, then ‘Document Uploader’. Use this tool to upload clear images of two pieces of ID, such as a driving licence and utility bill. In my experience, KYC goes pretty fast at Karamba, so that's a plus.
Payout rates
No transaction fees are charged for withdrawals on the Karamba casino, effectively meaning that your payout rate is 100%. Do be aware, however, that you must withdraw at least £10 per transaction.
Q&A session about Karamba casino
1. Is there a no deposit option available?
Unfortunately, no such deal is in place at the Karamba casino right now. I’ll update this page if that changes, but in the meantime, I've found the excellent 100% match welcome offer worth up to £50 more than sufficient for funding my gaming at this casino.
2. Is there a mobile version of Karamba?
Yes, in addition to the desktop website, Karamba provides a fully mobile casino for its users. The best way to access this is via the app. This is available on both iOS and Android and can be downloaded directly via the App Store and Google Play respectively.
I found the Karamba app to be extremely user-friendly and reliable during my testing. All the hundreds of casino gaming options have been carried over here, as have the same account management and security tools.
If you don’t want to download the app for any reason, you can use the Karamba casino mobile website instead. Again, all the same, features are included here, but it worsened the performance for me slightly.
3. Is it safe to play at Karamba?
The short answer to this question is ‘yes’. There are several reasons why I believe that Karamba is a very safe online casino.
Firstly, Karamba’s track record – stretching back to 2005 – assures you that this is a legitimate and trustworthy brand. Secondly, Karamba holds a full betting licence with the prestigious UK Gambling Commission, ensuring that it has been verified for security and fairness. Finally, Karamba has a series of its own security measures in place, including 128-bit SSL, firewalls, third-party payment handlers, and more.
