Sally Land

Sally Land is The Sun's resident Agony Aunt and Relationship Expert, focusing on parenting, sex and relationship issues.  She combines over 30 years of experience as a campaigning journalist and editor, with her counselling training. Sally is the host of the Dear Deidre podcast and is a regular ,  and  contributor. She also writes and edits the iconic daily Dear Deidre advice column for The Sun's newspaper and digital platforms.  She looks after a team of counsellors, who advise readers directly, and a team of expert journalists, who deliver informed and intuitive wellbeing advice.   Sally writes regular commentaries and provides video opinion pieces for The Sun on relationship features and celebrity stories.
