Robert Martin

Robert Martin is a football reporter and has worked for since July 2005. He was previously a football reporter at the Scottish Daily Mirror and has also spent time working for the and .

Robert is the Scottish Sun’s Edinburgh expert, covering events at and , and also covers and , reporting on both of Andy Murray’s Wimbledon wins in 2013 and 2016 and has appeared on Wimbledon radio, and The Open Championship along with the 2014 Ryder Cup at Gleneagles.

In 2024, Robert’s exclusives include on a pre-contract agreement and he wrote at Renaissance Club.
