Ed Southgate
Ed is a general news reporter for The Sun. He has covered a series of high profile court cases including the trial of Constance Marten and Mark Gordon; family court proceedings deciding how much footballer Kyle Walker should pay in maintenance for his two love children with Lauryn Goodman; and Huw Edwards' first magistrates court appearance when he pleaded guilty to child sex crimes, as well as his later sentencing. He has also exposed a Love Island contestant dumping her ex days before going on the show, found the mum who returned Sir Paul McCartney's long lost guitar, and revealed a university's controversial decision to axe the national anthem from its graduation ceremonies.
