'SPECIAL ANGELS' Heartbreak as woman who died in horror hospital fall buried with baby son
A MUM-OF-THREE who died after falling from her hospital bed in a maternity hospital last Monday has today been buried with her newborn son who also died in the tragic accident. Hundreds packed into the small Parish Church in Ballyagran, County Limerick in Ireland today to pay their last respects to 36-year-old Marie Downey, who was born and raised in the area.
