CHANNEL 4’s The Jump has claimed a seventh victim, with Heather Mills
forced to pull out of the semi-final after a ski crash.
The 48-year-old reality TV vet – who was among those drafted in to replace
other injured contestants – told host Davina McCall she had a ruptured thumb
socket and minor ligament injuries after falling during a practice session.
She said: ‘I went and caught one of the ice balls and went down.’
Many people may be happy to see her go.
A source also claimed she was getting on the other celebrities’ nerves with
her competitive nature.
Ex-Girls Aloud star Sarah
Harding also had to withdraw from the semi-final after injuring her knee.
Also out of the running now is Westlife singer Brian McFadden, who was
eliminated after opting for the air jump instead of the ski jump.
Meanwhile Ben Cohen was forced to apologise after swearing on the live show
before the 8:30pm watershed.
