ACTOR Ian McShane has blasted Game Of Thrones fans for attacking him over
giving away plot details.
The 73-year- old had come under fire for revealing that his character would be
“bringing someone back” in a one-off episode of the hit HBO series.
But responding to criticism, he told The Telegraph: “You say the slightest
thing and the Internet goes ape.
“I was accused of giving the plot away, but I just think get a f***ing life.
It’s only t**s and dragons.”

The Lovejoy actor also admitted he wasn’t sure whether to do the show, after
finding out that some of the actors he thought he would be working with are
no longer part of it.
“They asked me if I wanted to do Game of Thrones and I said, “Sure,
I’ll be able to see my old pals Charlie Dance and Stephen Dillane,” and
they said, ‘No, we’ve killed them off,’” he said.
“I wasn’t sure whether I could commit, but then they said it would only be for
one episode, so I said, “So that means I must die at the end of it.
Great, I’m in.”
Ian has managed to cause outrage while promoting the upcoming series by
revealing various bits of information.
Speaking on BBC breakfast he revealed: “My character really is like an
ex-warrior who’s become a peacenik.
“So I have a group of peaceful; sort of like a cult, peaceful tribe, who have
brought back… I bring back a much-loved character who everybody thinks is
dead. So I’ll leave it at that.”
While there has been some speculation he is talking about Jon Snow, others
believe he will be bringing back Sandor ‘The Hound’ Clegane.
The actor who plays Sandor, Rory McCann, has been spotted on set during
filming for the latest series and he previously said he hoped he would
return.
“It wasn’t looking good, was it?” he said.
“If he opens his mouth, and ‘blubbbb’, the blood comes out, that’s not looking
good. There’s always hope, but, I don’t know.”
