Kim Kardashian launches ‘Kimoji’ app…and it’s so popular it broke the App Store

New best-selling app replaces emoji with Kim-themed icons

EVER wanted to send your friends a picture of Kim Kardashian’s bum?

Thanks to her new app, now you can. Kimoji, released on the app store last
night, replaces your iPhone’s keyboard and allows you to send emoji that are
themed around the popular TV star.

And upon its release last night, downloads were reportedly so popular that
Apple’s App Store temporarily crashed.

The celeb tweeted last night: “Ahhhhhhhh I still can’t believe we broke the
entire App Store!!!! #KIMOJI.”

The app, which includes images of Kim’s world-renowned behind, her many makeup
products and her selfie poses, has already soared to the top of the App
Store’s charts.

As the number one paid app, it’s even overtaken bestselling game Minecraft.

Fans adore the new app, with positive reaction seen across Twitter.

One user, Alexandra, said: “Of course iv brought the Kimoji app and I’m in

And another said: “Just downloaded the kimoji and it’s the best thing in my
life rn”.

Even Kim’s husband Kanye jumped in to show his support. He said: “I’m so proud
of my wife! This KIMOJI idea is so dope…”

But some have blasted the keyboard for not working properly, whilst others are
raising privacy concerns as the app can track everything you type in – even
sensitive information like credit card numbers or addresses.

OUR REVIEW

The Kimoji app has hilariously designed icons – bound to bring you endless
laughter as you send your friends yet another picture of Kim’s almost-bare
derrière.

But the app doesn’t work as well as you’d like: unlike a normal emoji, you
have to individually hold down and paste each one into the chat box.

And it doesn’t work properly with apps like Facebook Messenger. So for now,
hold off buying – but check back to see if this is resolved soon, because
Kimoji could well be the next big thing.
