THE boyfriend suspected of murdering ex-EastEnders actress Sian Blake and
their two sons and burying them in the garden of the family home has fled to
Africa.
And yesterday the ex-wife of suspect Arthur Simpson-Kent described him as a
violent coke dealer who beat her and their daughter.
The bodies of Sian, 43, who played Frankie Pierre in the BBC show, and sons
Zachary, eight, and Amon, four, were dug up by police in Erith, Kent.
Suspect Simpson-Kent’s ex-wife Dominique Deblieux said: “He smoked
cocaine on many occasions and dealt a little in it too. I’m wondering now
whether drugs lie behind what he is supposed to have done in England.”
Sian was last seen three weeks ago visiting relatives in Leyton, East London.

A source said Simpson-Kent was thought to be in Ghana, adding: “He made
his way there, via Glasgow and Amsterdam, shortly before Christmas.
“Interpol have been informed and there is an alert out to find him.”
Dominique, speaking from her home in Cagnes-Sur-Mer, southern France, said
Simpson-Kent, 48, had at least eight children by various partners.
She added: “Our marriage was a waste of time. We didn’t get on and he was
violent man towards me.
“He also beat his own daughter Isis. He really didn’t care for his
daughter at all.”
A neighbour of family breadwinner Sian yesterday said the actress appeared to
have been beaten up weeks before she disappeared.
The woman, in her 30s, said: “I saw Sian at the start of November and she was
wearing dark glasses.
“I said ‘Hi’, but she ignored me. The talk was that she had been beaten
up, that she was trying to cover up her injuries.”
