Borussia Dortmund sign highly-rated Ousmane Dembele which could free up Mario Gotze to join Liverpool

Much-sought after 18-year-old moves to Germany after impressive season with Rennes

BORUSSIA DORTMUND have beaten Liverpool
in the race for the highly-rated Ousmane Dembele — but that could still
spell good news for Jurgen Klopp.

The German giants are also battling the Kop for signature of Bayern Munich’s
Mario Gotze.

And the addition of Dembele may be a sign Dortmund have accepted Germany’s
World Cup hero is set to join his former boss at Anfield.

Dembele, 18, shone has shone in Ligue 1 this season as Rennes are set to
finish comfortably in the top half.

His hat-trick against Nantes brought him to the attention of some of the
world’s best clubs, including Barcelona.

However, Dortmund announced on their official Twitter page that the youngster
has moved to the Westfalenstadion.

Dembele put pen-to-paper on a deal until 2021.
