Coupled no more: Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow divorce a year after deciding to ‘consciously uncouple’

Superstar couple to split their assests and receive joint custody of kids Apple and Moses

CHRIS MARTIN and GWYNETH PALTROW have consciously uncoupled again — for
good.

I can reveal the couple have finally signed divorce papers almost a year after
I broke the news that Gwyneth had filed to end the marriage.

The COLDPLAY frontman had left the legal documents unanswered for more
than ten months but has now signed on the dotted line.

The pair will receive joint legal and physical custody of kids Apple and
Moses. They are also likely to split their assets evenly as part of one of
the most amicable showbiz separations ever.

Last night a source said: “Chris has now signed the divorce papers. There was
no underlying reason why he had left them for so long and he was planning to
do it eventually.

“There is no bad blood between him and Gwyneth and they remain very close. As
ever, their number one priority is their kids.”

I
revealed last April how Gwyneth had made the decision to make their divorce
final.

They had split two years earlier but only announced their separation in March
2014.

It was in that official statement that they coined the now-notorious term
“conscious uncoupling” to describe their break-up.

Both have since moved on to new partners, with Chris dating JENNIFER
LAWRENCE
before hooking up with his current girlfriend, Peaky Blinders
actress ANNABELLE WALLIS. Gwyneth has been in a relationship with
Glee co-creator BRAD FALCHUK since August 2014.

In an interview at the weekend, Chris said: “It’s a divorce but it’s a weird
one. I see it more like you meet someone, you have some time together and
things just move through.”

Gwyneth confirmed that last year when she said: “We’re very, very close, and
it’s so nice. I feel like it’s, in a way, the relationship we were meant to
have.”

The rest of the industry could learn a thing or two from them.

Tiger keen to earn acting stripes

New move ... Tiger is heading to New York to study drama

FOR almost 20 years TIGER LILY HUTCHENCE GELDOF has bucked her family’s
trend by steering clear of showbiz.

But I can reveal the daughter of INXS frontman MICHAEL HUTCHENCE
and TV host PAULA YATES – who both suffered drug-related deaths – is
secretly plotting a Hollywood career and has already landed her first proper
acting role.

It is a brave move for the teen after seeing the effect the industry had on
her parents and sister Peaches, who died from a 2014 drug overdose.

Last year Tiger Lily, who turns 20 in July, bagged a bit-part in gangster
flick Rise of the Krays.

It was cut and ended up as a deleted scene on the DVD but she is still
determined to make it as an actress. I’m told she is now considering moving
to New York to study the art.

She looks the image of late dad Michael, as my pics show, and there are other
similarities.

Her uncle Rhett Hutchence said: “She’s extremely beautiful and stylish,
charming to be around and she’s very much into music and acting, just like
her dad.”

It’ll be interesting to see which film bosses snap her up next.

Manager lost in Labrinth

Going his own way ... Labrinth has ditched manager who discovered him aged 15

LABRINTH has clearly been spending time with label boss and no-nonsense
king of sacking SIMON COWELL.

The singer, the first non-talent show act Simon had signed to his label Syco
Music in six years, has parted ways with the manager who discovered him aged
15.

I’m told Labrinth and Marc Williams have amicably agreed to stop working
together after a four-year wait since his last album.

A source said: “He feels like his solo career has slowed down in the last
couple of years and wants to kickstart things.

“He’s had meetings with around ten of the biggest management companies in the
country as he wants to explore all his options.”

His last album, Electronic Earth in 2012, spawned mega hits Beneath Your
Beautiful with EMELI SANDE and Earthquake with TINIE TEMPAH.

Anything close to that and he’ll be straight back in Simon’s good books.

Royal invite ... Katherine has been asked by the Queen herself to perform at her birthday celebrations

THE QUEEN turns 90 next month and KATHERINE JENKINS has already got her
birthday present ready.

The mezzo-soprano has revealed new album Celebration will pay tribute to Her
Majesty.

It contains a full rendition of the national anthem as well as Someone To
Watch Over Me – the most popular song in 1926, the year of the Queen’s
birth. It also features versions of Rule Britannia, Jerusalem, Amazing Grace
and Ae Fond Kiss.

The album, Katherine’s first since giving birth to a girl last year, will be
released on April 22 – a day after Liz brings in the big Nine Zero.

The singer will also perform at the Queen’s birthday celebrations at Windsor
Castle in May on request of HRH herself. I can’t wait to hear it.
